
Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Long Grove Park District strives to offer affordable and quality recreation programs. In order to ensure programs are cost-effective, the Park District reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of low enrollment.
A 100% refund of program fees will be issued in the event a class is cancelled by the Park District
All other refunds may be requested, but not guaranteed, based on the following schedule and policies.
Refund schedule is as follows:
7+ Days prior to first session: Participants may request for a full refund less a $10 processing fee per class.
3 to 6 days prior to first session: Participants may request refund equal to 50% of registration fee.
Requests received with less than 48 hours may be granted only in cases of extreme illness or injury when accompanied with a doctor’s note and verification.
No refunds are allowed after the start of a class or program.
